Part of every teenager’s development is learning to socialize face to face with peers. Clubs at Cedar Ridge Academy encourage students to socialize around a common interest. Club organizations also strengthen leadership, executive planning skills, and community participation.
Specific clubs vary according to student interest. Past clubs have include the Lifetime Hobbies Club, Art Club, Math and Science Club, Tinkerer’s Club, and a Choir Club. Proposals have ranged from weightlifting to chess. Clubs alternate every Friday so that students may participate in two different clubs and pursue a greater variety of interests.
